This is the most common setup snag, and it's quick to fix. Check these two things in order:
1. Is your Instagram a Professional account?
Instagram only shares insights from Professional (Business or Creator) accounts. If you see 'Insights' in your profile settings, you're good. If not, switch it — see Getting Started, Step 1.
2. Is your Instagram linked to your Facebook Page?
This is the big one. If your IG isn't linked to your Page, your Page has no connected Instagram for Merge to read. Fix it in Getting Started, Step 4 — it takes about a minute.
