As soon as you grant access, Merge starts ingesting your full posting history. Your dashboard shows sample data with a small banner until your real numbers land — usually within the same day, and your first full weekly report within 7 days.
- See a 'first ingestion in progress' banner? That's normal — it means we're pulling your history right now.
- Older posts sometimes return no insights — that's a Meta limitation on old content, not an error.
Note · If it's been more than a day and you still see only sample data, check that your Connect step finished (Getting Started, Step 6), then reach out.
