What Merge can and can't do with your accounts

Merge is read-only. We analyze what you've already posted and tell you what to do next — we never act as you. Here's the whole picture in plain English.

What we access (and why)

• Insights — your views, reach, and retention. This is the core of every report.
• Community activity — your comments, so we can surface questions and flag potential leads.
• Messages — your DM activity, so we can track your keyword-to-DM funnel.

What we never do

• We never post, edit, or delete anything as you (we don't ask for Content access).
• We never run or touch ads (we don't ask for Ads access).
• We never change your account settings or see your password — access is granted through Meta's partner system, not your login.

You're always in control

You grant access through Meta Business Manager, and you can remove it in seconds:

1. 1Go to business.facebook.com → Business settings → Users → Partners.
2. 2Select Merge, and click Remove.
