You'll add Merge as a partner in your Business Manager and share two assets — your Page and your Instagram — with three read-only permissions. No passwords, revocable anytime.
- 1Go to business.facebook.com → Settings (gear) → Business settings.
- 2Open Users → Partners, then click Add → 'Give a partner access to your assets'.
- 3Enter Merge's Business ID: 1224369236535013
- 4Select your Facebook Page and your Instagram account.
- 5Turn ON exactly these three: Insights, Community activity, and Messages. Leave Content, Ads, and Revenue OFF.
- 6Confirm — then tell us it's granted (or finish the onboarding step). Ingestion of your full history starts the same day.
Note · Why those three: Insights = your numbers, Community activity = your comments (so we can flag leads), Messages = your DM funnel. We never need Content (posting) or Ads.
