Data Deletion Instructions

You can have everything Merge holds about you and your connected accounts deleted at any time. Here is how.
1. Request deletion
Email invariantaisystems@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" from the email address on your Merge account, and include the Instagram/Facebook account name(s) you connected. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
2. Revoke Merge's access (recommended)
If you connected through Meta Business Manager, you can also cut off access yourself, immediately: in Business Manager, go to Settings → Partners, select the partner connection for Merge/AIIM, and remove it. If you provided an access token instead, invalidate it from your Meta developer or account security settings. Either way, Merge can collect nothing new from that moment.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information,
- all ingested Instagram/Facebook content and performance data,
- all generated reports, recommendations, and experiment history, and
- any uploads (such as monetization screenshots) and data extracted from them.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Records we are legally required to retain (such as invoices for payments already made) are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
