Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Merge, a product of AIIM — AI Integrated Marketing ("AIIM", "we", "us"), available at ai-im.ai. By subscribing to or using Merge you agree to them.
What Merge is
Merge is an analytics and content-strategy service. It reads the performance history of Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect and produces reports, scorecards, and AI-assisted recommendations about what to post next. It is a strategist, not an agent: it never posts, messages, or makes changes on your accounts.
No performance guarantee
Merge optimizes for attention — views, followers, and monetized reach. Social platforms are unpredictable, and past performance of your account does not guarantee future results. We do not promise any particular level of views, growth, engagement, or revenue. Recommendations are suggestions; what you publish, and the results of publishing it, are yours.
Your accounts and content
- You must have the right to connect the Meta accounts you connect — they are yours, or you are authorized to manage them (for example, as an agency under our Partner tier).
- Your content stays yours. AI-generated suggestions delivered to you (hooks, captions, experiment ideas) are yours to use freely.
- You are responsible for complying with Meta's own terms on your accounts.
Plans and billing
- Merge is sold as a monthly subscription (Pulse, Strategist, and Partner tiers). Prices are shown at checkout and billed through Stripe.
- Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
- You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other customers' data, no reselling Merge outside a Partner agreement, no using the service for unlawful content or activity, and no probing or disrupting our infrastructure.
Disclaimers and liability
Merge is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we depend on third-party platforms (including Meta's APIs) that can change or fail outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIIM's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Merge at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
