Privacy Policy

Merge is a product of AIIM — AI Integrated Marketing ("AIIM", "we", "us"), operated at ai-im.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it. Questions any time: invariantaisystems@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, business name, and the plan you choose when you sign up.
• Meta (Instagram & Facebook) content and performance data. When you connect your accounts — via Meta Business Manager partner access or an access token you provide — we read your published posts and their performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, follower counts, retention, and similar insights), page/profile metadata, and aggregate comment and message counts. We use read access to analyze; Merge does not post, message, or change anything on your accounts.
• Content you upload. Screenshots or files you choose to share with us (for example, monetization screenshots for the Money Drops feature) and the data extracted from them.
• Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep records of your subscription status and invoices.
• Free scan data.When you use our public account scan, we record the Instagram handle you enter, the email you provide to reveal results, and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address (never the raw address) — used to deliver your scan, follow up if you asked us to, and prevent abuse of the tool. The scanned account's data comes from Instagram's public Business Discovery API.
• Usage data. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To produce your reports, scorecards, and recommendations — the product itself.
• To generate AI-assisted suggestions (hooks, captions, experiment ideas) grounded in your account's own performance history. Portions of your content and metrics may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate these outputs; our providers are not permitted to use your data to train their models under the terms we use them on.
• To operate billing, support, and service communications.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your data with advertisers.

Who processes it

We use a small set of service providers to run Merge: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Meta (the platform APIs your accounts live on). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain your account data for up to 90 days in case you return, then delete it — except records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices). You can request earlier deletion at any time; see data deletion instructions.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing invariantaisystems@gmail.com. You can revoke Merge's access to your Meta accounts at any time from Meta Business Manager — access ends immediately and no new data is collected from that point.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
