Heads up · This is the #1 reason a setup 'looks done' but Merge sees nothing. If your Instagram isn't linked to your Page, your Page has no connected Instagram for us to read — even if everything else is perfect.
- 1Go to your Facebook Page and open Settings (or Meta Business Suite → Settings).
- 2Find Linked accounts → Instagram.
- 3Tap Connect account and log in with the Instagram you set up in Step 1.
- 4Confirm the connection.
Once linked, your Page and Instagram act as a pair — which is exactly what Merge (and Meta's tools) expect.
Note · Quick check: in Meta Business Suite you should be able to switch between your Facebook and Instagram content in one place. If you can, they're linked.
